The Gospel Message

God created the world (Genesis 1:1) and made mankind in His own image so that we might love Him and have fellowship with Him (Genesis 1:27).
But the first man, Adam, disobeyed God’s command and ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, of which God had said, “You shall surely die if you eat from it” (Genesis 2:17; 3:1–6).
[That tree was a sign to show that although Adam was appointed as a representative ruler over the world (Genesis 1:28), the true King is God Himself.]

Because of Adam’s disobedience, sin entered the world (Romans 5:12). From then on, all people have been born in sin and live separated from God (Ephesians 2:1–3).
All humanity is under the penalty of sin—eternal death (Romans 5:12; 1 Corinthians 15:22)—and no one can return to God by their own effort (John 14:8).

Yet God did not abandon us. Out of His great love, He opened the only way of salvation for us (1 John 4:10).

That way is Jesus Christ (John 14:6). He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and came into this world as a true man, without sin (Matthew 1:18–20; Hebrews 4:15).
As the only sinless man, He alone was able to bear the punishment of sin on behalf of sinners like us (2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 3:18).
He is both fully God and fully man, and He bore our sins in our place (Philippians 2:5–11).

Jesus, though without sin, died on the cross in our place, paying the full penalty of sin—death (Romans 3:24; Galatians 3:13; Ephesians 1:7; Colossians 1:14).
Then, as the true God, He rose again on the third day, conquering the power of death, and later ascended into heaven (Mark 8:31; Matthew 28; Mark 16; Luke 24; John 20; Acts 1:9–11).

Jesus became the firstfruits of the resurrection, and He guarantees that all who believe in Him will also be raised on the last day (1 Corinthians 15:20–22, 51–54; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17).

Salvation cannot be earned through our efforts or good deeds (Romans 3:20; Galatians 2:16; 5:4).
It is the free gift of God’s grace, received through faith (Romans 3:24; Ephesians 2:8–9; Revelation 22:17).
True faith is not something we create on our own, but it is given by God, and we are enabled to believe by Him (Acts 13:48; Ephesians 1:3–5, 9, 11; 2:8; 3:11).

Whoever believes in Jesus becomes a new creation, reconciled to God, and begins to live as a child of God (John 1:12; Romans 5:10–11; 2 Corinthians 5:17–18; Ephesians 2:16; Colossians 1:22).

This present world is temporary (Psalm 90:10; Ecclesiastes 12:1–2; Hebrews 10:37), but the life given in Christ is eternal (Romans 6:23; 1 John 5:10–13).
When Jesus returns (Matthew 24:30; Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:16; Revelation 1:7), Satan and all who belong to him will face judgment (Revelation 6:15–17; 14:11; 20:10–15).
But those who believe in Him will be raised and live forever in God’s kingdom—real, eternal life (John 10:28; 11:25–26; 1 John 2:17).

On that day, all tears and pain will disappear, and God’s people will enjoy everlasting joy and peace in the new heaven and new earth (Revelation 21:1–8).

I pray that God may turn your heart and grant you faith in Jesus Christ (John 6:37, 40).
Whoever comes to Him will be forgiven of sin and receive eternal life (John 3:16).
